Qualifications

• 1 year of Accounts Payable experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Peachtree, or NetSuite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of financial statements.
• Handle confidential information on a regular basis.
• Process bill payments to vendors and affiliates.
• Manage accounts transactions and monthly reporting.
• Providing support over the phone and by email for customers and employees.
• Resolve administrative issues with customers.
• Internet research, create journal entries, document management and retention.
