KLA Industries in Plymouth, MI is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate with at least 6 months of experience to join the corporate accounting department. The role handles supplier and brokerage payments and serves as the primary contact for payment inquiries.

You will ensure accurate voucher processing, invoicing, coding, and timely payments while delivering quality customer service to suppliers and partners. Full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and invoice processing preferred.
• Ability to learn MAS, OVISS and DMS web-based software.
• Minimum six months of experience in an office environment preferred.
• Transportation experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Check and approve all vouchers for payment and verify supplier statements.
• Route invoices, including match, batch and coding.
• Review and issue supplier and brokerage payments.
• Serve as first point of contact for payment inquiries.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere to meet company demands and expectations.
