Wilsonart is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to perform routine clerical/accounting tasks within general accounting and accounts payable. The role posts journal entries, processes payments, verifies information, files, and prepares accounting reports.

The position requires a High School/GED and about 1 year of experience, with strong detail orientation, Excel proficiency, and confidentiality. Located in Temple, TX; full-time role with company benefits listed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Matches, batches and processes accounts payable invoices, including weekly check runs.
• Prepares journal entries.
• Prepares accruals journal entries for invoices not processed in the month.
• Computes, records activity, and reconciles general ledger accounts.
• Compiles and prepares accounting reports.
• Files and maintains financial records.
