Wilson Construction Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Canby, OR headquarters. This role supports the Accounts Payable Department under the manager and offers a chance to grow accounting experience in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, data entry in ERP/Excel, vendor credit applications, reconciling visas, and preparing checks. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and in-office work schedule.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Accounts Payable or professional office admin/clerical experience.
• Intermediate level in Excel and Outlook.
• Alpha and numeric filing skills.
• Highly detailed, organized and able to follow a systematic method of performing a task.
• Thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Positive approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to learn and help where needed.
• Communicates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Save and disburse all incoming electronic invoices.
• File, copy, fax, scan and other tasks.
• Process credit applications for new vendors.
• Enter, edit and post data into accounting software and Excel.
• Put Visa statements to spreadsheet and reconcile visas.
• Distribute checks and attach checks/ACH to TimberScan.
• Save reports from check runs and assist with year-end projects.
