Job summary

LSI Industries is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for the JSI Store Fixtures team based in Milo, ME. You will process vendor invoices, maintain AP records and assist with weekly payments and month-end close.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and ERP software is preferred, with prior AP experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; accounting or business coursework preferred.
• Prior accounts payable or related accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic accounting principles and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Assist with weekly vendor check runs and month-end close.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and balances.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate AP records and prepare supporting documentation.
• Assist with account reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintain open/paid invoice records and vendor documentation.
• Support special accounting projects as assigned.
