Depot Connect International is seeking an organized AP Clerk in a hybrid Tampa Bay area role. You will process, review, and reconcile invoices and payments with strict accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.

The position offers in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays with remote work Monday, Thursday, and Friday. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong AP knowledge, and experience with Coupa, along with excellent numerical and communication skills to handle high-volume invoicing and

• Review and verify invoice information including quantities prices and payment terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up to date vendor files and records.
• Prepare and process payments ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Key up to 100 invoices per day.

Key Responsibilities
