CFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support ourChagrin Falls, OH accounting team. This on-site role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a salary range based on experience.

You will process invoices, match them to purchase orders, and support weekly check runs, while ensuring accurate GL coding and adherence to controls. Strong Excel and accounting software skills are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting is a plus.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and verify approvals.
• Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Ensure proper coding of invoices to the general ledger.
