Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for an on-site role in Chagrin Falls, OH. The position offers a $50,000–$60,000 salary based on experience and Monday–Friday schedule.

The AP Clerk will handle high-volume invoice processing, match invoices to PO's, assist with weekly check runs and ensure accurate GL coding, in a team-focused environment that rewards accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree in accounting a plus).
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and verify approvals.
• Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Ensure proper coding of invoices to the general ledger.
