Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist for a project-based, temporary assignment in Portland, Oregon. You will support accounting operations and data cleanup within a large ERP environment.

You will review and analyze large Excel reports, research and resolve outstanding transactions, monitor open receipts, assist with reconciliations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. This is a great way to gain ERP experience in a stable organization.

Our client, located in Portland, ORis seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join their team on a project-based, temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist who enjoys working with data, reconciling transactions, and supporting accounting operations.
