Position Overview

Job Description

  • Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices

  • Reconcile site specific vendor statements and purchase orders, resolving discrepancies as needed

  • Handle vendor discrepancies and claims, including billing adjustments and credit processing

  • Allocate expenses to appropriate general leger accounts

  • Manage vendor payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms and schedules

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve departmental and organizational objectives

  • Travel Required:No

Environment

  • Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

  • Onsite role in Pearl City, HI

  • Compensation: 17-19/hr with some flexibility

Skills

  • Specialized Knowledge: Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with AS400 Software system - preferred but not required.
