Job summary

Raymus Homes in California is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable / Accounting Assistant. Candidates must have 2-4 years of accounts payable experience and strong people skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Masterbuilder/SAGE, MarkSystems, and QuickBooks is a plus, particularly in homebuilding/construction. The ideal candidate can work independently and handle multi-tasking. Hourly wages start at $18-$22/hour, with generous health, vision, and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in accounts payable activities (check runs, coding, bank reconciliation, data entry, filing, bank runs).
• 1-2 years in construction, homebuilding, or related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with heavy payables role.
• Experience with Masterbuilder/SAGE, MarkSystems, and QuickBooks accounting softwares a plus.
• Must have clean driving record / be able to be covered by Raymus Homes Vehicle Insurance Policy.
• Must be able to lift and move 30 pounds.
