• 2-4 years experience in accounts payable
• 1-2 years in construction, homebuilding, or related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be comfortable heavy payables role
• Experience with Masterbuilder/SAGE, MarkSystems, and QuickBooks a plus
• Clean driving record / able to be covered by Raymus Homes Vehicle Insurance Policy
• Must be able to lift and move 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable tasks: check runs, coding, bank reconciliation, data entry, filing, bank runs, and miscellaneous accounts tasks as requested
