Job summary

Raymus Homes in Manteca, CA is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable / Accounting Assistant. The role requires 2–4 years of accounts payable experience, strong people skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Masterbuilder/SAGE, MarkSystems, or QuickBooks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Masterbuilder/SAGE, MarkSystems, and QuickBooks accounting softwares is a plus.

Career Opportunity as a full-time Accounts Payable / Accounting Assistant now availableat Raymus Homes. Candidates must have 2-4 years of accounts payable experience, strong people skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Masterbuilder/SAGE, MarkSystems, and QuickBooks experience a plus as well as experience in homebuilding/construction. Must enjoy working independently and be capable of multi-tasking. Hourly wages start at $18 - $22/hour depending on experience - plus generous health, vision, and dental benefits.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years experience in accounts payable (check runs, coding, bank reconciliation, data entry, filing, bank runs, miscellaneous accounts tasks as requested, etc.).
• 1-2 years in construction, homebuilding, or related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be comfortable heavy payables role.
• Experience with Masterbuilder/SAGE, MarkSystems, and QuickBooks accounting softwares a plus.
• Must have clean driving record / be able to be covered by Raymus Homes Vehicle Insurance Policy.
• Must be able to lift and move 30 pounds.
