K1 Speed is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Irvine accounting team. The role requires handling invoices, entering data in NetSuite, and ensuring accurate GL coding in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of AP experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team. On-site location in Irvine, CA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a multi-entity/location environment.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks and/or Concur preferred.
• Solid understanding of expense coding, accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets.
• Experience managing both PO and non-PO bills.
• Ability to work independently or in a group.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoice legitimacy and obtain proper approvals before processing.
• Enter invoice data into NetSuite accurately.
• Enter correct GL accounts for invoices.
• Perform invoice matching and process payments in a timely manner.
• Review and enter Travel & Expense reports into NetSuite.
• Identify W-9 and W-8 forms and assist with vendor maintenance, including 1099s.
• Support department goals and participate in ongoing initiatives.
• Prioritize tasks to meet changing workload demands.
• Respond to vendor inquiries via email and phone.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Assist with monthly closings as needed.

Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a dynamic accounting team in Irvine. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NetSuite and multi-entity/location environments and be capable of navigating complex accounting structures while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Verify invoice legitimacy and ensure proper approvals prior to processing.
• Accurately review and enter invoice data into NetSuite.
• Ensure entering the correct GL accounts for all invoices.
• Perform invoice matching and multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in payment and invoice processing.
• Process payments online or via phone as needed.
• Review and enter Travel & Expense (T&E) reports into NetSuite.
• Identify appropriate W-9 and W-8 forms and assist with vendor maintenance, including 1099 compliance.
• Support departmental goals and contribute to ongoing initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a multi-entity/location environment.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Quickbooks, and/or Concur preferred
