Why We Need Your Talents: The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing all Live accounts payable, including invoices and check requisitions. This role requires keeping organized and well-documented records of all transactions.
Min Compensation: USD $16.83/Hr.
Max Compensation: USD $20.54/Hr.
Overview
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices and check requests.
- Sort, code, and match invoices.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain vendor files and statements.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
- Secure departmental approval to pay invoices.
- Process and enter 200-300 invoices per week.
- Prepare and perform check runs.
- Pay vendors on time.
- Follow up on rush items.
- Reconcile vendor accounts by reviewing monthly statements.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Maintain organized backup records for audits.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college accounting courses preferred.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience.
- Ability to comply with gaming regulations, including obtaining a license if required.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting 80%, standing 20%, walking 10%.
- Dexterity for keyboarding and writing.
- Lifting up to 15 pounds.
