SEW-EURODRIVE - USA is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support Dallas Assembly's office operations. The role focuses on processing invoices, matching PO receipts, and ensuring timely payments in a fast-paced environment.

Day shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 10% shift premium noted for second/third shifts. Benefits start on day one, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payables package with invoice, receiver, and purchase order.
• Code invoices using GL codes and ensure proper authorization.
• Research documentation to support payment justification.
• Enter data into SAP promptly to avoid late payments and secure discounts.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and research past-due notices.
• Process international affiliate A/P and provide backup for invoicing and admin tasks.
• Support AIR, invoicing, and other accounting duties as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Pay Range - $21.00 to $22.50
Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidates with additional relevant degrees or certifications and extensive experience may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.
Shift: Day Shift - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Preferred - Accounting Certificate And/or Five Years Of Experience
