Flare Construction, LLC in Coalville, Utah, is hiring an entry level Accounts Payable Clerk responsible for processing vendor invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate records to support month-end close. This role works with our accounting team in a professional office environment.

You will match and enter invoices, prepare checks or electronic payments, maintain vendor records, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Formación

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., JD Edwards, Viewpoint, QuickBooks)
• Familiarity with job cost accounting and cost code allocation
• Basic understanding of invoice matching, purchase orders, and vendor payments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Must meet deadlines consistently while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies

About this Role

Flare Construction is hiring for an entry level Accounts Payable Clerk. The AP Clerk is responsible for processing vendor invoices, handling payments, and maintaining accurate financial records to support month-end close activities. This role ensures compliance with internal controls and financial policies while providing timely and professional support to vendors and internal teams. This position is in the Coalville, Utah Office.

Education
