Job summary

The A List Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Cedar Park, TX. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle processing vendor and subcontractor invoices, manage payments, and support month-end closing for project accounts.

Ideal candidates will have construction invoicing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software. On-site role with responsibilities across vendor communication and accuracy in cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor and subcontractor invoices accurately and timely.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and other disbursements.
• Track job costs and ensure expenses are allocated to the correct projects.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and documentation.
• Communicate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors regarding invoice and payment questions.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as needed.

Our client is commercial contractor serving the greater Austin area. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting operations. This role is responsible for processing vendor and subcontractor invoices, managing payments, reconciling statements, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of company expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor and subcontractor invoices accurately and timely.
