You will match invoices to purchase orders, verify approvals, assist with weekly check runs, and ensure proper coding to the general ledger, working Monday through Friday in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
