This dual-role position supports both daily AP processes and executive leadership, ensuring timely payments and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related finance role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial processing.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and executive leadership.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist the CFO with financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth payment workflows.
• Support month-end and year-end close processesPrepare expense reports and assist with cash flow monitoring.
