Planet Group is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to join our team in Dorchester, MA. This contract role onsite handles accounts payable, customer billing, invoice reconciliation, vendor payments, and maintains financial records.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting administration experience, proficiency with NetSuite or RAMP, and strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or accounting administration.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or RAMP bill payment platforms.
• Experience reviewing vendor invoices, processing payments, and reconciling transactions.
• Experience maintaining financial documentation and supporting spreadsheets.
