Job summary

Iterable, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to manage day-to-day AP and Travel & Expense operations while driving a major automation initiative. You will lead the Coupa Invoice Smash rollout, automate invoice ingestion, and reduce manual touchpoints across the procure-to-pay workflow.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Coupa and NetSuite experience, 5+ years in AP, and a strong focus on process improvement, accuracy, and cross-functional partnership in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Direct experience with Coupa (or similar P2P) and NetSuite ERP strongly preferred; Navan a plus.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience with solid AP processes and internal controls.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills; able to collaborate across functions.
• Project work and organizational skills; adaptable in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• High standards for quality and accuracy; delivering thoughtful, reliable work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and optimization of Coupa Invoice Smash to automate invoice ingestion.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation and AI solutions.
• Manage daily AP operations including weekly payment runs and vendor onboarding.
• Collaborate with other departments and be the main AP/T&E contact; monitor inquiries.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations; assist audits.
• Coordinate with Offshore team to maintain a high-performing global group.
