Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting experience in an accounting field.
• 2 years in an accounting clerk role with 3-way match.
• Experience with data entry and payment applications.
• High school diploma required; related 4-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices manually and electronically using 3-way and 2-way match.
• Apply payments to invoices via wires or cards and resolve discrepancies.
• Research and resolve complex supplier issues with internal teams.
• Maintain and update vendor information in systems.
• Prepare month-end accruals and assist with closing tasks.
• Pull reports and suggest process improvements to increase accuracy.
