Qualifications

• 2 Years Experience in Accounting Field
• 2 Years Experience in an Accounting Clerk Position, including 3-way match
• 4 Years Experience in Accounting Field (Preferred)
• 4 Years Experience in an Accounting Clerk Position, including 3-way match (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Process invoices manually and electronically using 3-way/2-way matches and apply payments to invoices
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies with AP Banking and Controller Team
• Maintain and update vendor information in system and pull reports as needed
• Prepare for Month End Closing and review aging and prepayments
