Catalogue, a Salis Holdings-owned platform, is seeking an organized Accounts Payable Junior to join the accounting team in Washington, DC. You will support a high-volume AP department and learn multi-unit restaurant accounting in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, scheduling payments, coding to GL accounts, vendor communication, and assisting with month-end close. Requires 2–4 years accounting experience and Excel proficiency; Restaurant365 experience a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus (not required).
• 2–4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Restaurant365 or similar accounting software a plus (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Clear written and verbal communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Good time-management and ability to handle multiple invoices and deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing: review, enter vendor invoices into the system.
• Payment support: help schedule payments by check, ACH, or wire.
• Code invoices to correct GL accounts and departments.
• Track Ramp Cards and obtain approvals for upload.
• Vendor communication and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Reconciliation support for statements and corporate cards.
• Monitor AP emails and route to proper person.
• Prepare and process periodic bank deposits.
• Month-end close assistance with basic accruals and reporting.
• Help maintain W-9 records and 1099 reporting under guidance.
