Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a full-time remote Accounts Payable specialist to review and code vendor invoices, and input them in Ramp and Sage Intacct while matching to purchase orders. You will maintain AP records and assist with month-end close and audits from a home office.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in AP or bookkeeping, a high school diploma (associate's degree preferred), and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 0–2 years accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; ability to work independently remotely.
