Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting support role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of two-way and three-way matching (invoices, POs, receipts).
• Proficiency in Excel and standard office tools for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process a substantial monthly volume of invoices with speed and accuracy using intake tools and accounting systems.
• Route invoices with missing information or discrepancies to appropriate contacts for resolution.
• Collaborate with AP team members to ensure invoices move through the approval process on time.
• Investigate billing inconsistencies and resolve exceptions that could delay payment.
• Use Excel and standard tools for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of invoice activity.
