Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or experience equivalent.
• 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Sage 300 / construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP workflow to ensure timely approvals and month-end close.
• Validate, match, and enter invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare monthly accruals.
• Maintain organized AP records and handle vendor inquiries.
• Support audits and assist with additional tasks as needed.
