Corby Energy Services Inc is seeking an AP Associate to join our Accounting & Finance team in a full-time, on-site role in Belleville, MI. Responsibilities include entering and routing invoices, resolving invoice issues, collecting W9s and COIs, and supporting month-end processes.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and the position requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The role also involves assisting with daily accounting functions, fuel and credit card processing,

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of applicable experience.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and proficiency in the entire MS Office suite.
• Job Cost knowledge or construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.

Position Title: AP Associate

Reports To: Controller

Department: Accounting & Finance

Location: Belleville, MI

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Accounting & Finance team! The person in this position will be responsible for entering invoices, routing invoices, resolving issues with invoices, collecting W9’s and COI and assisting with daily accounting functions as well as month-end processes. The work is in a fast-paced environment that requires full-time hours.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist with uploading invoices into Timberscan, maintaining accounts payable records
• Assist with Fuel card and credit card processing
• Assist with monitoring accounting procedures, policies, and internal controls
• Assist in special projects as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
