Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year accounting experience.
• Some college accounting coursework preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• General Ledger account code knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer focus.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cell phones, smartphones, and hotspots and maintain vendor records.
• Process invoices for the Accounts Payable department.
• Assist with year-end 1099 reports and vendor data accuracy.
• Review IRS notices and update W-9 information as needed.
• Reconcile petty cash funds and handle related reimbursements.
• Support data entry for electronic funds transfers and uploads.
• Collaborate with vendors and communities to provide good service.
