Job summary

Fuse3 Solutions in Sapulpa, OK is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable as needed. You will process vendor invoices, code expenses, and help maintain accurate cash flow.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in accounting or related field, at least two years of AP/AR experience, and strong Excel and ERP software skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work across departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, manufacturing industry a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, match PO and receiving documents, and code expenses accurately.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
• Maintain vendor files, W-9s, and 1099 documentation.
• Assist with AR tasks including invoicing customers, applying payments, and following up on past-due accounts.
• Reconcile AP and AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing and payment status.
• Support month-end close by preparing AP/AR reports and accruals.
• Maintain organized records to support audits and internal controls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
