Job summary

IFA Powertrain Polska seeks an Accounting Specialist to handle daily accounts payable tasks, vendor invoice research, and related financial activities. The role supports month-end close, reconciliations, and internal reporting while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 2–5 years in a manufacturing setting, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with SAP and Excel. This is a full-time, on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and manage vendor invoices.
• Assist with month-end close and general ledger reconciliations.
• Analyze data for internal metrics and provide reporting support.
• Prepare audit materials and cooperate with auditors as needed.
• Maintain accurate processes and support process improvements.
