Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in San Jose, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage day-to-day GL accounting, AP processing, and vendor reconciliations. You will contribute to accurate financial reporting and support ongoing control improvements within a dynamic finance team.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in accounting or related field, has 1–2 years of accounting experience, and is proficient with SAP and MS Office. English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting, economics, finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP is a plus and strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain accounting controls and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Perform AP processing, vendor reconciliations and GL tasks.
• Assist with month/year-end closings and related analyses.
• Provide supporting reports for internal and external audits.
