Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in Accounts Payable, Procurement support, or a mixed accounting/clerical role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) and strong Excel skills.
• Sharp eye for detail with understanding of cost management and internal controls.
• Excellent communication to follow up on PRs/invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• PR Review & Audit: verify PR accuracy, G/L coding, and DOA compliance.
• Gatekeeping: ensure documentation (quotes, justifications) is attached before PR converts to PO.
• AP Processing: 3-way matching (Invoice, PO, Receiving/GR) and timely entry.
• Discrepancy resolution: coordinate with managers, procurement, and vendors to fix issues.
• Audit trails: maintain clean records for procurement and payment cycles.
• Administrative filing: keep digital records of invoices and approvals.
