Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of accounts payable processing experience.
• Experience creating NACHA files, ACH and wire transactions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP or a comparable accounting system.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data discrepancies.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review vendor invoices for accuracy and coding.
• Enter invoices and credits into the accounting system and code to GL accounts.
• Reconcile vendor statements against internal records and ensure timely payment.
• Maintain vendor records and prepare Forms 1099 and 1096 for IRS submission.
• Prepare payment batches (NACHA files, checks) for approval and release.
• Generate AP aging reports and assist in month-end close.
