Job summary

Active Dynamics Novi is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Novi team immediately. The role handles full-cycle AP, month-end accruals, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in manufacturing.
• Excellent Excel and MSOffice skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities; able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive supplier invoices and verify price, quantity, and other requirements for processing.
• Process invoices in Syspro ERP and maintain the vendor master file.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and month-end AP accrual.
• Process vendor payments biweekly and handle cheque/wire notifications.
• Maintain updated vendor files and vendor credentials.
