Accounts Payable Analyst (24-Month Temp Assignment - Hybrid)



Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
Duration: 24 months
Pre-employment Requirements: Drug test, criminal background check, and health attestation (self-verification of health/vaccinations)

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team on a 24-month temporary assignment. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and resolve invoice/PO/receiving mismatches (3-way matching)
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
• Assist with month-end close tasks, including voucher accruals and financial reporting
• Process credit memos, returned checks, and reissued payments
• Maintain and update vendor files, including W9 and 1099 information
• Support XML invoice uploads and work within PeopleSoft system
• Handle special projects and support reporting needs across departments
  
  

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Materials Management
• Experience in Healthcare/Hospitals is strongly desired
• Strong understanding of AP processes and general accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with PeopleSoft AP and purchasing modules
• Familiarity with 1099 processing and XML uploads
