Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc. in Northeast Ohio is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage full cycle AP and general accounting.

You will process vendor invoices, run payments (ACH, checks, wires, and credit cards), and support monthly and quarterly close tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication across levels, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; experience with Great Plains is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 2 years full cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with high Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Great Plains software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and perform AP tasks for Great Plains sites.
• Prepare various general ledger account reconciliations and resolve differences.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and resolve disputes.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close tasks and audits.
• Meet daily, monthly and quarterly deadlines.
