You will collaborate with branch teams, vendors, and accounting staff to maintain accurate records and timely payments, using Sage Intacct and Excel to improve processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Accounts Payable or related accounting experience, including invoice processing and vendor communication.
• Familiarity with expense coding, reconciliations, month-end accounting support, and internal controls.
• Experience using an ERP/accounting system and maintaining electronic financial records.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices with accurate coding and approvals.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records; resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage outstanding items to resolution.
• Support weekly payment processing and expense accruals; assist with month-end close.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with 1099 preparation and W-9 documentation.
• Collaborate with branch offices and General Managers to answer accounting questions.
