Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.

• Ability to learn new ERP systems and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices and credit memos.
• Validate invoices and code accounts according to policy.
• Analyze accounts and invoices for discrepancies and improvements.
• Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve items.
• Prepare reports in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Support month- and year-end closing activities and audits.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships and collaborate with teams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
