Position Description

We are seeking a full-time, staff Accounts Payable Analyst 2 to join our Day & Zimmermann team in Texarkana, TX. The ideal candidate will have accounts payable experience and proficient software skills. This role supports various business and staff units across the U.S., Canada, and globally. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, travel expense reports, vendor setup/changes, handling requests via BetterNet, processing service entries, and administering company card programs. As an Analyst 2, you will interact extensively with different units to assist with processes, discrepancies, and resolutions.

Responsibilities

1. Review all invoices, payment requests, and wires for accuracy, including coding, approval, and purchase order verification. Audit expense reports for policy and IRS compliance. Process service entries and support transactional duties.
2. Build relationships with business and staff unit employees, identify process improvements, and resolve issues collaboratively.
3. Research and resolve problematic invoices and discrepancies promptly, including issues with purchase orders and BetterNet requests.
4. Ensure compliance with Data Privacy policies, maintaining confidentiality and security of data.
5. Administer all company card programs, maintain cardholder data, provide customer service, upload transactional data into ERP, and monitor compliance with P-Card policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with Accounts Payable processes and IRS T&E guidelines.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Educational Requirements

• Associate's Degree (AA) or Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Management, or relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Physical and Mental Tasks

• Visual acuity, manual dexterity, grasping, reaching, hearing, talking.
• Ability to think critically, concentrate, and write/read complex documents in English.
• Ability to express thoughts clearly and make sound decisions.
• Ability to perform all job functions at the company's office or work site.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $55,040.00 - $82,560.00, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life and disability coverage, paid maternity leave, parental and family leave, and voluntary benefits such as pet insurance.
