Job summary

A well-established organization in Dublin, OH, is seeking a Managing Director to lead Accounts Payable operations and tackle complex reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable experience in a corporate environment and be familiar with ERP systems. This role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive compensation up to $75K base, plus bonuses and benefits including 401(k).

We're partnering with a well-established organization in Dublin, OH, that's looking to add an Accounts Payable Analyst to their corporate accounting team. This isn't a heads-down processing role - it's an opportunity to take ownership of AP operations, tackle complex reconciliations, and support key accounting projects alongside the Corporate Controller.

What You'll Do

• Manage and resolve AP exceptions while maintaining accuracy across all transactions
• Lead backlog reconciliation work and ensure timely issue resolution
• Provide analytical and operational support to the Corporate Controller on various accounting initiatives
• Oversee and manage contractors brought in for AP or accounting project work
• Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts using Oracle and Basware

What We're Looking For

• Strong accounts payable and reconciliation experience in a large corporate environment

• Experience working with large ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and AP automation tools (Basware a plus)

Position Details

• Compensation: Up to $75K base plus bonus
