Day to day:

A client of Insight Global is looking for an accounts payable analyst. They will be supporting the Southeast team that will consist of procurement and AP analysts. This analyst will work to solve match exceptions whether it’s a discrepancy or issue with what is expected to pay and the purchase order. This analyst will be speaking with suppliers as well as internal departments so will need to be able to communicate and have a great attention to detail. Excel will be used heavily in this role using vlookups, xlookups, and pivot tables primarily. Other responsibilities include statement reconciliation, working with credits and debits, creating formulas in excel, processing returns, 2 way/3 way matching, researching/data analysis, and more. This is a fully remote role but must sit in NC, SC, GA, VA, AL, FL, KY, MI, ME, VT, ID, or WA.

Shift: M-F 8-5- some team members work CST as well as EST, must be flexible.

Must haves:

• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience- dealing with purchase orders
• Intermediate excel skills- vlookups and pivot tables
• Great communication skills, able to follow directions and work proactively
• High school diploma (bachelor’s is highly encouraged)
• Experience with the invoice process as well as purchase orders

Plusses:

• Accounting experience
• Experience using Workday, oracle, and/or GHX
• Healthcare experience in AP, Procurement, or related fields
