Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR function within our finance team. The role emphasizes timely payments, cash flow management, and fiduciary responsibility.

You will coach AR staff, review financial statements, perform financial analysis on projects, and report on financial metrics to leadership. Knowledge of transportation operations and supervisory experience are preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced degree is a bonus.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of transportation operations preferred.

Job description

Beacon Mobility Corp. The Accounts Payable (AR) Manager position will play a key role in the finance department making timely payments on the company’s behalf. A high discretion of financial and fiduciary responsibility will be required to maintain the financial integrity of the organization. Managing cash flow and the supervision of other AR professionals are of paramount importance.
