Shift: Days

Pay: $22.80 - $29.64/hour (dependent on experience)

Job Summary

Processes invoices and inquiries in a high-volume environment to ensure timely payments. Conducts research and resolves invoice discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing. Research and resolve invoicing issues.
• Handle inquiries and disputes, providing solutions and follow-up.
• Document requests and resolutions within a ticketing system.
• Prepare and submit invoices into ERP systems.
• Apply critical thinking, judgment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Procurement PO workflows.
• Problem-solving skills, root-cause analysis, cross-functional resolution.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Lawson, Oracle, SAP) and Excel.
• 1 year of high-volume accounts payable experience.
