Entry-Level Accounts Payable Administrator

Location: Middleburg Heights, Ohio

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Pay: $20/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Enter data and process revenue
• Perform research when necessary to ensure reconciliations
• Process accounts payable
• Scan documents
• Perform other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years experience in an office setting
• Experience using Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
• Ability to pay a high attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of accounts payables and a willingness to learn more details
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
