Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Administrative/Business field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and typing 80 WPM.
• Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail with accuracy.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work well in a team; Accounts Payable or related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices in the Accounts Payable department.
• Provide administrative support to Managers, Foremen, Supervisors, represented employees and Union officials.
• Input data electronically and maintain manual/electronic files.
• Answer phones, take messages, and distribute mail.
• Move/arrange furniture and office equipment; maintain record retention.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with distractions and multi-task effectively.
