Job summary

You will manage invoice data entry, vendor communications, payments, and documentation, while also handling reception tasks and general admin duties to keep the office running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounts payable experience
• Dealership accounting experience preferred
• CDK experience preferred
• MS Excel and Word proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented and independent work

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and data entry for invoices
• Classify invoices to correct GL accounts
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Process check disbursements
• Answer high volume calls; greet customers
• Maintain vendor records and filing
• Assist with Accounts Receivable as needed
• Coordinate office supplies
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide admin support to accounting
