Accounts Receivable Field Support Reporting Specialist - REMOTE

The A/R Field Support Reporting Specialist provides data concerning accounts receivables outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide reporting when requested to help resolve outstanding AR issues and revenue adjustments.
2. Modify and verify reports for management or end users using sources like Datamart, Phoenix, RCM Elements, etc.
3. Focus on specific reimbursement issues through review of corporate reports and data.
4. Provide Patient/Client AR reporting to identify reasons for invoices.
5. Provide Reports on Patients in Collections.
6. Update specimens for Labcorp Billing system.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of medical/healthcare billing experience.
3. Reporting or analytical experience in medical billing, healthcare, or RCM preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills to review data and identify trends.
5. Experience with insurance claims, EOBs, remittance, and client collections preferred.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Knowledge of LCBS system is a plus.

Remote Work Requirements:

• High-speed Internet (50 Mbps or higher).

Pay Range:

$16.35 - $20.00 per hour (state minimum wages may apply).

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm MST

Benefits:

Employees working 20+ hours/week are eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO or FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
