Location: Waldwick, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

A growing company in the Waldwick area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full-cycle AP process, with a strong emphasis on 3-way matching.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt through payment

• Perform detailed 3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor invoices

• Enter and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
